Why Choose Us

One team, every channel, one person to actually call.

Most businesses end up managing an SEO freelancer, an ads guy, a designer and a developer — none of whom have ever spoken to each other. We built Digital Mentova because we were tired of watching that mess play out. One team, one strategy, one report you'll actually sit down and read.

01

It Starts With a Real Conversation

No off-the-shelf package on day one. We get on a call, figure out what you're actually trying to achieve, and build the plan around that.

02

Everything Stays Under One Roof

SEO, ads, design, content, development — same team, same WhatsApp group. Nothing gets lost in the handoff between vendors, because there is no handoff.

03

You're Never Left Guessing

Weekly reports, written in plain English. You'll always know exactly where the budget went and what it brought back.

04

We Scale With You

We start with whatever channel moves the needle fastest for your business, then layer in more once the results start speaking for themselves.

What We Do

13 services on paper. One team in practice.

From the moment someone Googles a business like yours to the day that lead turns into a signed deal in your CRM, we're there for the whole stretch — not just the part that's easy to bill for.

01

SEO Services

Local SEO, technical fixes, on-page and off-page work, e-commerce SEO, audits and keyword research — everything that gets you found when someone's actually searching, not just browsing.

02

Social Media Marketing

We plan and create for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, with a reason behind every single post — not content for the sake of keeping the calendar full.

03

Paid Advertising

Google, Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn Ads, plus remarketing — judged the way you'd judge it yourself: cost per qualified lead, nothing softer than that.

04

Website Services

Business sites, e-commerce stores, landing pages and WordPress builds, backed by ongoing maintenance and speed fixes long after launch day.

05

Content & Branding

Blogs, copywriting, video, logo design and brand identity — the groundwork that gets people trusting you before they've even picked up the phone.

06

Lead Generation & CRM

B2B and B2C lead gen, sales funnels, and CRM integration that plugs straight into whatever tools your sales team already lives in.

Where We Work

Pan India — and we mean beyond the metros too.

Plenty of agencies stop at Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru and call it a national footprint. We don't. Some of our best-performing campaigns have come out of Tier 2 cities, where the online competition is thinner and a well-run campaign stands out a lot faster.

About Digital Mentova · Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Company · Est. 2024

Growth, guided — across every channel that actually matters.

We started Digital Mentova because we kept running into the same problem everywhere: agencies getting paid for impressions and clicks and "engagement," while the business owner was still sitting there, waiting for an actual sale. A couple of years in, we still run things the way you'd want us to — judged on qualified leads, real traffic, and deals that close, for brands across Pan India, from the big metros down to the Tier 2 cities most agencies never bother reaching.

Our Philosophy

We answer to the pipeline, not the dashboard.

Whatever we're running — SEO, paid ads, social, content, your website — it all comes back to one question: is this moving a number your business actually cares about, at a cost you can keep paying?

That's the filter behind everything we do. It decides which channel we lead with, which one we quietly wind down if it isn't pulling its weight, and what makes it into the report you get every Friday. Truth is, most of our new clients still find us because someone we've already worked with told them to call.

"We're not here to just hand you a spreadsheet of leads — we want to watch your business actually grow. That means being upfront about what's working, and just as upfront about what isn't."
Leadership

Ajay Paswan
FOUNDER & CEO · DIGITAL MENTOVA SINCE 2024

Ajay started Digital Mentova out of a fairly simple frustration: too many agencies were getting paid for clicks and impressions while the business owner was still sitting around waiting for an actual sale. He built the team around one non-negotiable — every channel gets judged on qualified leads and closed deals, never vanity metrics. He still sits in on strategy calls for every account personally, rather than handing clients off to a rotating pool of freelancers.

Our Journey

How we got here.

2024

Digital Mentova gets started

We began in Noida with a narrow focus: lead generation for real estate and interior design brands across Delhi NCR. The first campaigns ran for a handful of local developers and interior studios, and every single lead was tracked by hand — we wanted proof the model worked before we scaled a single thing.

First clients onboarded Real Estate & Interiors focus
2025

From two services to thirteen

Word of mouth pulled us into new industries — e-commerce, healthcare, education — faster than we'd planned for. We built out SEO, paid ads, web development, branding and content as proper in-house teams rather than outsourcing them, and started taking on brands well outside Delhi NCR for the first time.

13 service lines live Expanded beyond Delhi NCR 25+ brands served
2026

Systems over hustle

Real-time CRM sync, weekly reporting and a proper case-study archive replaced the old spreadsheet-and-WhatsApp routine. We rebuilt the website, tightened up our reporting format, and added AI-powered lead qualification to the service list — same "judge everything by the pipeline" philosophy, just with sharper tools behind it now.

Real-time CRM integration AI lead qualification launched 90% client retention
What We Value

A few things we simply won't budge on.

Your leads reach you the instant they come in

The moment someone fills out a form, it lands in your CRM or Google Sheet. We don't batch leads and send them once a day — that's how businesses lose deals.

Reports you'll actually sit down and read

Every Friday, in plain language: what happened this week, what worked, and what we're changing next.

One team, one plan

SEO, ads, design, development — everyone works off the same strategy document, not five separate agendas pulling in different directions.

A person, not a ticket number

You get one senior person who actually knows your account inside out, and who picks up the phone when you call.

HOW WE WORK

We keep the team deliberately small and senior. Every account is handled by someone who's actually built SEO, ad and web strategies before — never passed down to whoever happens to be free that week. It's more work for us on the back end, but it's a big part of why most of our clients stick around.

The Team

Video Editing — brand, product & testimonial videos
Reels Editing — short-form edits built for retention
Motion Graphics — animated logos, explainers & lower-thirds
YouTube Thumbnail Design — click-through optimized thumbnails
11

E-commerce Services

More traffic only helps if it converts — so we work the storefront too.

+

More traffic doesn't count for much if it doesn't convert — so we tighten the entire storefront experience too, from the listing all the way to checkout.

Product Listing — optimized titles, images & descriptions
Marketplace Management — Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho storefronts
Conversion Rate Optimization — checkout & funnel testing
12

Analytics & Reporting

The measurement layer that keeps every other service honest.

+

None of this means much if you can't actually see the numbers behind it — so tracking gets set up before a campaign goes live, never as an afterthought once it's already running.

Google Analytics Setup — GA4 configuration & goal tracking
Search Console Setup — indexing & search performance monitoring
Monthly Performance Reports — plain-language results summary
Conversion Tracking — pixel & event setup across platforms
13

AI-Powered Lead QualificationNEW

Automated systems that qualify a lead before your sales team ever picks up the phone.

+

A cheap lead that never converts ends up costing more than an expensive one that closes — so we use AI to sort the two the moment a lead comes in, instead of your sales team finding out the hard way, mid-call.

Automated Lead Scoring — budget, timeline & intent scored before handoff
Workflow Automation — auto-routing, reminders & follow-up triggers in your CRM
AI-Drafted Follow-Ups — first-response drafts ready for your team to send
Growth Marketing & Development

Own how your brand shows up, everywhere someone searches it.

Rankings, reviews, your Wikipedia presence, the content you publish, and the website it all eventually lands on — none of these work well in isolation. We run them as one connected growth stack, so your brand looks credible the second someone searches your name. Click any line below to see what's included.

SEO Services+

Inside the growth stack, SEO isn't just about ranking a homepage — it's about controlling the entire first page for your brand name and your core services, so every single result a prospect sees works in your favour. That means owning your Google Business Profile and map-pack listing, structuring your site so key service pages outrank third-party directories, cleaning up technical issues that are quietly capping your visibility, and building the kind of authoritative backlinks that keep rankings stable instead of see-sawing with every algorithm update. This is the layer that keeps sending free, compounding traffic long after any single campaign ends — and it's what makes everything else in this section, from reputation to Wikipedia to content, actually get seen.

Online Reputation Management+

What shows up when someone searches your business name matters just as much as what shows up for your keywords. We monitor reviews and mentions across Google, Facebook, Justdial, industry-specific platforms and social media, respond to them the right way, and run structured campaigns to earn more genuine positive reviews from actually happy customers. If negative or outdated content is sitting on page one, we work to push it down with stronger, verified assets — and if a real crisis does hit, we step in with a response plan instead of letting it spiral on its own. The goal is simple: someone who Googles you before calling should walk away more confident, not less.

Best Wikipedia Page Creation Service+

A Wikipedia page is one of the strongest trust signals a brand or founder can have — it's third-party, it ranks, and it often shows up right in the Google Knowledge Panel. We handle the entire process: checking whether you currently meet Wikipedia's notability guidelines, gathering credible independent sources, drafting the article in the neutral, citation-backed tone Wikipedia requires, and submitting it through the proper channels so it doesn't get flagged or deleted for promotional language or conflict of interest. Once it's live, we keep monitoring the page for vandalism or unauthorised edits, so the credibility you've built actually stays intact.

Content Marketing+

In a growth stack, content is what feeds the other three pieces — it gives SEO fresh pages to rank, gives reputation management something positive to point to, and gives a Wikipedia page the independent sources it needs to qualify in the first place. We plan and write blog articles, founder thought-leadership pieces, press-style features, case studies and guest posts around the topics your actual buyers are searching for — not whatever's easiest to write that week. Every piece is built to do a job — rank, build trust, or support a bigger campaign — rather than sit on the blog collecting dust.

Website Development+

All of this eventually points back to your website, so it has to actually hold up: fast load times, mobile-first design, clean navigation, and calls-to-action that turn a curious visitor into a real enquiry. We build custom business and corporate websites, e-commerce stores on Shopify or WooCommerce, high-converting landing pages for individual campaigns, and manageable WordPress builds your own team can update without calling us for every small tweak. Every site ships SEO-ready from day one — structure, schema and speed optimisation baked in from the start, not bolted on later.

Eight lead-gen specialities, each one run differently because each audience behaves differently. Click any category below to see how we actually approach it.

50%+ qualified leads — that's our own bar on every lead-gen campaign.
✓ Quality Commitment
01

Real Estate Lead Generation — India

Investor and end-user leads for developers, brokers and channel partners.

+

This is where Digital Mentova started. We run Meta and Google lead-form campaigns for plotted developments, apartments and villas across Delhi NCR, Tier 1 metros and Tier 2 cities, with forms that qualify budget and intent before a lead ever reaches your sales team.

Project launch campaigns — pre-launch & possession-ready inventory
Investor targeting — budget-qualified forms for plotted & commercial deals
Channel partner support — co-branded creatives for broker networks
Real-time CRM sync — every lead routed to your sales team in seconds
02

Real Estate Lead Generation in Dubai

NRI and overseas-investor leads for UAE developments, priced for the GCC market.

+

A different buyer, a different funnel. We target NRIs and Gulf-based investors on Meta and Google with AED-priced creative, currency-aware landing pages, and campaign timing built around UAE working hours and the Golden Visa investment threshold.

GCC-targeted ad campaigns — UAE, Saudi, Qatar & Kuwait audiences
Golden Visa messaging — investment-threshold-aware creative
Currency-localized landing pages — AED pricing & ROI calculators
Time-zone-scheduled delivery — ads live when Dubai audiences are online
03

Plots and Lands

Long-consideration land-buyer leads, filtered for genuine intent before they reach you.

+

Plot and land buyers research far longer than apartment buyers, so volume-first lead gen wastes your sales team's time. We build qualifying forms around plot size, budget band and purchase timeline, and pair them with location-based SEO for people already searching for land in a specific belt.

Plot-size & budget-band qualifying forms
Location-based SEO — belt & highway-corridor searches
Drone & site-visit creative for high-consideration buyers
Long-nurture WhatsApp sequences for slow-decision leads
04

Educational Institution

Admission-season enquiry pipelines for schools, colleges and coaching institutes.

+

Admissions run on a calendar, not a slow drip — so we build campaigns that ramp hard before enrolment deadlines and taper off after. Forms qualify for grade, course and parent vs. student intent, and every enquiry syncs straight to your admissions desk.

Admission-season campaign ramping — timed to enrolment deadlines
Grade & course-qualified enquiry forms
Parent-targeted vs. student-targeted ad sets
Open-day & counselling-slot booking integration
05

B2B Leads

Decision-maker pipelines built on LinkedIn and intent-based search, not cold lists.

+

B2B buyers don't convert off a single ad — they need to see you show up a few times before a demo call feels low-risk. We combine LinkedIn Ads, ABM targeting and SEO-driven content to build pipelines your sales team can actually work, not a spreadsheet of unqualified contacts.

LinkedIn Ads & ABM — targeting by role, company size & industry
Gated content & whitepapers for mid-funnel capture
Sales-qualified lead (SQL) scoring before handoff
CRM integration with your existing sales pipeline stages
06

Interior Design Lead Generation

Visual-first campaigns for studios, aimed at homeowners and NRI buyers alike.

+

Interior design sells on visuals before it sells on price, so the campaign has to look like a portfolio, not a form. We run Instagram and Meta creative built from your best project photography, paired with budget-qualifying forms so consultations don't get wasted on window-shoppers.

Portfolio-led Instagram & Meta creative
Budget-qualified consultation booking forms
NRI-targeted campaigns for overseas home projects
Before/after & reel content built from project photography
07

Leasing Lead Generation

Fast-moving enquiry pipelines for residential & commercial rental inventory.

+

Leasing decisions move fast, so slow follow-up loses the deal to whoever calls back first. We prioritize speed — instant WhatsApp auto-replies, real-time CRM sync and location-radius targeting so enquiries reach your leasing team within minutes of going live.

Instant WhatsApp auto-reply on every enquiry
Location-radius targeting around your properties
Real-time CRM sync for fast follow-up
Virtual tour & walkthrough video creative

Coworking Leasing Lead Generation

Seat-count and team-size qualified leads for coworking & managed office operators.

+

Coworking enquiries range from a single freelancer desk to a 50-seat enterprise floor, and those need completely different follow-ups. We qualify by seat count and team size upfront, and run LinkedIn alongside Meta to catch both the startup founder and the corporate facilities manager.

Seat-count & team-size qualifying forms
LinkedIn targeting for corporate facilities decision-makers
Meta targeting for startup founders & freelancers
Tour-booking integration for walk-in conversions

HOW WE MARK A LEAD "QUALIFIED"

Every lead is checked against the same three criteria before it counts toward your delivered number:

  • Genuine interest expressed on first contact — not just a curious click
  • A real, reachable phone number or WhatsApp — no dead contacts
  • Budget and intent that roughly fit what's being offered
  • You mark each lead Interested, Not Interested, Unreachable or Invalid — we verify before any replacement
REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

If a lead doesn't hold up, here's exactly what happens:

  • Flag it within 24 hours of it landing in your CRM, with a reason
  • We verify directly, then replace it free — no cap, until you hit your qualified count
  • If we still fall short after verification, you're eligible for a partial refund on the shortfall
  • Full terms are in our Refund & Returns Policy

Don't see your exact category listed? We've probably still got you covered.

Paid Advertising

Five ad platforms. Five completely different playbooks.

Same discipline runs through everything — cost-per-qualified-lead is the only metric that actually matters — but the targeting, creative and bidding strategy shift completely from one platform to the next. Click any channel below to see how we run it.

Every rupee tracked back to a lead or a sale — never just clicks or impressions.
✓ Quality Commitment
01

Google Ads

Search, Display, Performance Max and Shopping — for people already searching.

+

Google Ads catches high-intent demand — people typing the exact thing they want to buy. We build search campaigns around commercial-intent keywords, layer in Performance Max for automated cross-network reach, and use Display and Shopping where the product or service is visual.

Search campaigns — commercial-intent keyword targeting
Performance Max — automated cross-network bidding
Display & Shopping — visual product & retargeting placements
Conversion tracking wired to your CRM before spend starts
02

Facebook Ads

Meta's lead-form and conversion campaigns — the biggest volume channel for most clients.

+

Facebook still delivers the highest lead volume for real estate, interiors and e-commerce clients in our mix. We run native lead-form ads that pre-fill contact details for fast submission, alongside conversion campaigns pointed at your landing pages, and build lookalike audiences off your best existing customers.

Native lead-form ads — pre-filled, low-friction submission
Conversion campaigns — landing-page & website traffic
Lookalike audiences built from your existing customer list
Creative testing — carousel, video & static rotated weekly
03

LinkedIn Ads

B2B lead generation and ABM targeting, straight at decision-makers.

+

LinkedIn costs more per click than Meta, but for B2B and enterprise offers it's the only platform that reliably reaches the actual decision-maker. We target by job title, seniority, company size and industry, and pair Sponsored Content with Lead Gen Forms that don't make prospects leave the app.

Job title, seniority & company-size targeting
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for named target accounts
Native Lead Gen Forms — no app-exit drop-off
Sponsored Content & InMail for longer sales cycles
04

Snapchat Ads

Vertical video and AR-lens campaigns for Gen Z and young-millennial audiences.

+

Snapchat reaches an audience Google and Meta increasingly miss — Gen Z and young millennials who scroll Snap more than they scroll Instagram. We build vertical, sound-on video creative native to the platform, and use AR lens and filter campaigns for fashion, F&B and lifestyle brands wanting genuine engagement, not just impressions.

Vertical, sound-on video built native to Snap, not repurposed
AR lens & filter campaigns for fashion, F&B & lifestyle brands
Gen Z & young-millennial audience targeting
Swipe-up lead & website conversion campaigns
05

WhatsApp Ads

Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns that skip the form and start a conversation instead.

+

For India specifically, a WhatsApp chat converts better than a form for a lot of buyers — it feels like talking to a person, not submitting a lead. We run click-to-WhatsApp ads on Meta that open a chat directly, backed by catalog messaging and quick-reply templates so your team can respond in seconds, not hours.

Click-to-WhatsApp ads on Facebook & Instagram
Catalog messaging — browse products inside the chat
Quick-reply templates for instant first response
Broadcast lists for warm-lead re-engagement

The Local SEO Checklist Every Service Business Skips

If your business depends on local customers — plumbers, clinics, salons, real estate agents, interior designers, take your pick — the Google Map Pack (those three listings that show up above the regular search results) is often where most of your leads are coming from. And yet most Business Profiles get set up once and never touched again. These are the five things we check first on every local SEO audit.

1. Your Primary Category Is Too Broad, or Just Wrong

Google leans heavily on your primary business category when deciding who shows up in the map pack for a given search. A profile listed as "Marketing Agency" when it should really be "Digital Marketing Consultant" or "Advertising Agency" is going to keep losing to competitors who bothered to get this right.

Fix: Check your primary category against the searches you want to rank for, and stack on relevant secondary categories.

2. Service Areas Aren't Set Up Properly

If you serve clients across a city or region — rather than people walking into one physical address — your service areas need to be spelled out in the Business Profile. Leaving this blank, or just picking the whole state, waters down your relevance in the specific cities you care about.

3. Nobody's Adding New Photos

Profiles that add photos regularly tend to see more engagement, and Google itself points to photos as something that factors into ranking and clicks. A profile still running on five-year-old photos is basically waving a flag that says "we're not really here anymore."

Fix: Add something new every month — team shots, work in progress, finished projects, even behind-the-scenes stuff. All of it counts.

4. Reviews Are Sitting There, Unanswered

Replying to reviews, good and bad, is one of the easiest things to do and one of the most commonly skipped. It also directly affects whether someone trusts your listing enough to click through to you.

5. The Q&A Tab Is Empty

Anyone can drop a question on your Business Profile, and if you're not the one answering it, a stranger might — with whatever answer they feel like giving. Loading in a few common questions yourself keeps that section accurate, and it's a natural place to work in the keywords you care about.

None of This Needs a Developer

Every fix here takes an hour with your Business Profile dashboard, no ad spend required. The businesses that stay on top of this stuff quietly beat competitors who set their profile up once and moved on.

Why Your Cost-Per-Lead Looks Good but Your Sales Don't

A ₹150 cost-per-lead looks fantastic on a dashboard. It looks a lot less fantastic when your sales team tells you eight out of ten of those leads never even picked up the phone. This is probably the most common disconnect we run into between what the marketing dashboard says and what's really happening in the business — and it's almost never an ad problem. It's usually the targeting, or the form.

Cheap Leads and Qualified Leads Aren't the Same Product

A form asking for just a phone number will always beat a five-field form on cost-per-lead. But it'll also pull in a lot of people who clicked out of curiosity, not intent. If you're optimizing purely for cost-per-lead without looking at quality, you're rewarding exactly the wrong thing.

What a Form That Actually Filters Looks Like

  • Ask a rough budget range — it weeds out people who were never going to afford you anyway
  • Ask about timeline ("starting this month" vs "just looking around") — this one change alone can double your close rate
  • Throw in one short, service-specific qualifying question so unqualified clicks drop off before they even submit

Yes, your cost-per-lead will go up. That's fine — you're trading volume for quality, and it's quality your sales team can close.

Who You Target Matters More Than What the Ad Says

Two accounts can run nearly identical creative and still see wildly different close rates, purely because of who the ad was shown to. Broad targeting is cheap and fills the funnel fast, but for anything people think about before buying, it's rarely the fastest route to an actual sale.

How to Actually Figure This Out

Track cost-per-qualified-lead and cost-per-sale inside your CRM, not just cost-per-lead on the ads dashboard. If your ad platform and your sales pipeline aren't talking to each other, you're optimizing for a number that doesn't tell you the whole story.

Bottom line

A cheap lead that never converts costs you more than an expensive lead that closes. Usually the fix isn't a bigger budget — it's a form, a targeting tweak, and tracking that's set up to filter for the customer you want.

Your Logo Isn't Your Brand — Here's What Is

Ask most business owners what their "brand" actually is, and they'll point at their logo. It's an easy mix-up to make — a logo is the most visible piece of a brand — but it's also exactly why so many businesses spend a lot of money on a redesign and see zero change in how customers think about them.

A Logo Is a Symbol. A Brand Is a Position.

Your brand is really just the answer to one question sitting in a customer's head: "why this business, and not the other one?" That answer comes from consistent positioning, tone, promises you've kept, and the experience someone has every time they interact with you — not the shape of a mark printed on a business card.

Strategy Has to Come Before the Visuals

Brand strategy is where you decide who you're for, what you stand for, what makes you different, and how you sound while saying all of that. Only once that's nailed down does a logo, colour palette, or website design have anything real to say. Skip straight to the visuals and you end up with a rebrand that looks different but says absolutely nothing new — which is why so many rebrands feel hollow.

What Strategy-First Branding Actually Looks Like

  • A clear positioning statement — who you're for, and just as importantly, who you're not for
  • A defined voice — specific words and tone you use (and avoid) everywhere, not just on your website
  • Consistency rules — so a customer's experience of you feels the same on Instagram, on a sales call, and on your website

A Quick Test

Cover up your logo on any piece of your marketing — a post, an ad, a page on your site — and ask yourself: would someone still recognize this as you, just from the tone and the message? If not, your logo has been quietly doing the job your brand strategy was supposed to do.

Bottom line

A new logo can make a business look different. Only a real brand strategy changes whether people remember you, choose you, and tell someone else about you.

Real-Time CRM Sync: The Unsexy Fix That Saves Deals

Every bit of research on lead response time says roughly the same thing: the longer a sales team waits to make first contact, the more the odds of that lead qualifying drop — and the steepest drop happens in the first hour. And yet plenty of businesses still check their leads by opening a spreadsheet once or twice a day.

Why This Gap Even Happens

Someone fills out a form on your site or your ad. It lands in an inbox, a spreadsheet, or some form-tool dashboard that nobody's watching in real time. By the time a salesperson finally calls back, the prospect has often already spoken to a competitor who got there first — or just lost whatever urgency they had in the moment they hit submit.

What "Real-Time" Should Actually Mean

  • A new lead shows up in your CRM — Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, even a shared Google Sheet with alerts turned on — within seconds of the form being submitted
  • Whoever's assigned gets pinged instantly — WhatsApp, Slack, SMS — not an email that sits unread for hours
  • Whatever context came with the lead (which ad, which page, what they asked) travels with it, so the first call isn't cold

This Really Isn't a Tech Problem

Most CRMs already support this kind of sync out of the box — the gap is almost always in how it was set up, not some tooling limitation. A simple, one-time integration between your lead forms and your CRM closes this permanently.

Bottom line

Marketing can generate a perfect lead, and if it sits there unseen for six hours, a chunk of that spend was wasted anyway. Fixing the handoff between lead capture and sales follow-up is usually the single cheapest, highest-impact fix a growing business can make.

Site Speed Is a Marketing Problem, Not Just a Dev One

When ad performance dips, most people go straight to targeting, creative, or budget. Almost nobody checks how long the landing page took to load — even though a slow site quietly taxes every single paid channel pointing at it.

You Lose People Before They Even See the Offer

Google's own research has shown that as load time creeps up from one second to a few seconds, the chance someone bounces before the page even finishes loading climbs fast. That's traffic you already paid for, gone, before your message was ever seen.

It Also Quietly Pushes Your Ad Costs Up

Both Google and Meta factor page experience and load speed into how they rank and price your ads. A slow landing page can mean you're paying more per click than a competitor with a faster one, for the exact same audience — the platforms actively reward speed.

The Usual Suspects

  • Uncompressed, oversized images — still the single biggest cause of slow pages
  • Too many third-party scripts loading before the page even becomes usable
  • No caching or compression set up at the hosting level

How to Check Where You Actually Stand

Google's free PageSpeed Insights tool scores your mobile and desktop load times and lists out the specific fixes with the biggest impact — most of which take a developer a few hours, not weeks.

Bottom line

A 2-second improvement doesn't just make people happier on your site — it can bring down your cost-per-click, cost-per-lead and bounce rate all at once, on every campaign pointing at that page. It's one of the rare fixes that improves your marketing without touching the marketing at all.

A Content Calendar Is Not a Content Strategy

"Post three times a week" isn't a strategy — it's just a schedule. Plenty of businesses post consistently for months without seeing any real growth in leads, followers, or brand recall, because the calendar was never built around a clear idea of what to say, or to whom.

A Calendar Tells You "When." A Strategy Tells You "Why."

A content calendar says Monday's a testimonial, Wednesday's a tip, Friday's behind-the-scenes. A content strategy decides on a small handful of core topics — pillars — that your ideal customer genuinely cares about or searches for, and every post gets mapped back to one of them. That's what makes content compound instead of just scatter.

What Pillars Actually Look Like in Practice

For a digital marketing company, pillars might be: SEO tips, ad case studies, client wins, and industry myths. Every post, whatever the format, ties back to one of those four. That repetition is what eventually makes an audience associate your account with a specific kind of expertise, instead of just a stream of random posts.

Tie It Back to What People Are Actually Searching

  • Look at what your existing customers ask you the most — there's usually a content pillar hiding right there
  • Check what your competitors' best-performing posts have in common
  • Use something like Google Trends or AnswerThePublic to confirm there's real search interest before you commit to a pillar

Bottom line

Posting consistently without a pillar structure gets you content that's easy to schedule and easy to forget. A real strategy makes every post reinforce the same handful of ideas until your audience really knows what you stand for — and that's what turns followers into leads.

FAQ

Questions people ask us most often.

Do you work with businesses outside Real Estate & Interior Design?+

Yes. That's where we started, but our 13 service lines now cover e-commerce, healthcare, education, restaurants, fashion, B2B/SaaS and local service businesses right across Pan India.

Do you run digital marketing and lead generation campaigns in Tier 2 cities, or only in metros?+

Both. A good chunk of our current clients are in Tier 2 cities like Jaipur, Indore, Lucknow, Coimbatore and Surat, alongside metros like Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru. The strategy always adjusts to local search behaviour and competition, not a one-size-fits-all template.

Do I need to hire you for all 13 services at once?+

Not at all. Most clients start with just one or two channels — usually Paid Ads or SEO — and add more once they start seeing results.

How is ad spend billed?+

It goes straight from your bank account or card to Google, Meta or LinkedIn — we never touch it or mark it up. Our fee only covers strategy, setup and management.

How quickly will I see results?

Paid campaigns usually start bringing in leads within the first 1–2 weeks of going live. SEO and organic content take longer — you'll typically see real movement in 60–90 days.

How do I receive leads?+

Every qualified lead syncs in real time to your Google Sheet or whichever CRM you use — Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or something custom — along with their contact and intent details.

What's included in the weekly report?+

Spend, leads or traffic generated, cost-per-result, and a plain-language note on what's working and what we're changing — sent every Friday.

Terms & Conditions

The ground rules for working with Digital Mentova — plain language, no fine-print surprises.

Last updated: July 2026

1. The Basics

These terms cover how we work together once you're signed on with Digital Mentova — what we deliver, how billing works, and where the responsibility lines sit. By using this website or signing up for any of our services, you're agreeing to what's below.

2. Our Services

We provide SEO, Paid Advertising, Social Media Marketing, Website Services, Content, Branding, Lead Generation and the other services described on this website. The exact scope for your account — deliverables, timelines, channels — gets confirmed separately in a proposal or agreement before any work starts.

3. Ad Spend

Ad spend is separate from our fee and moves directly from your card or bank account to Google, Meta, LinkedIn or whichever platform we're running campaigns on. We never touch that money or mark it up — our fee only covers strategy, setup, creative and day-to-day management.

4. Payments

Retainer plans are billed monthly, in advance. The Trial plan is billed as a one-time payment before work begins. If a payment is late, we may pause active campaigns until the account is settled — we'll always give you a heads-up first.

5. What We Need From You

We move fastest when we get timely feedback, access to your ad accounts and website, and honest information about your business and goals. Delays on approvals or access from your side will push back timelines on ours.

6. No Guaranteed Results

We work hard to hit the numbers in your strategy, and we're proud of our track record — but no company can honestly guarantee a specific ranking, lead count, or sales figure. Results depend on your market, your offer, your sales follow-up and platform algorithms, alongside our work, and none of that is fully in our control.

7. Who Owns What

Once an invoice is paid in full, the deliverables built specifically for you — your website, ad creatives, content — are yours to use. Our internal processes, frameworks and pre-existing tools remain ours. Any stock photography, fonts or licensed assets are subject to the license they were bought under.

8. Confidentiality

Anything you share with us about your business stays with your account team. We don't share client data, strategy or performance numbers outside Digital Mentova unless you ask us to.

9. Ending the Relationship

Either side can end a retainer with 30 days' written notice. You'll be billed for work completed up to that point, and we'll hand off whatever assets and data you're entitled to.

10. Liability

We're not liable for indirect losses — like lost profits or missed opportunities — arising from our services, beyond the fees you've paid us in the preceding three months. Nothing here limits liability in ways the law doesn't allow.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. The version on this page is always the current one — we'll flag anything major directly to active clients.

13. Questions

Reach out any time at hello@digitalmentova.in if anything here needs clarifying.

Refund & Returns Policy

How cancellations and refunds work when you're running a project with Digital Mentova.

Last updated: August 2026

Introduction

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel a project with Digital Mentova. This Refund & Returns Policy sets out the terms for cancellations and refunds across our services, including lead generation, SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, and website & app development.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your project with Digital Mentova, send written notice by email to hello@digitalmentova.in. We'll acknowledge your cancellation request by email within 2 business days.

Refund Policy

Non-refundable services. Because of the time-sensitive nature of our work and the custom strategy involved, the following are generally non-refundable once work has started:

  • Project strategy and planning
  • Content creation (written, visual or audio)
  • Campaign setup and execution
  • Website and app development work

Lead generation refunds. We commit to delivering the agreed number of qualified leads within the agreed timeframe. You may be eligible for a partial refund under the following conditions:

  • Qualified leads, defined: A "qualified lead" is a potential customer who meets criteria you set, including expressing genuine interest on first contact, having budget for your offering, and making an enquiry about your product or service.
  • Your responsibilities: You define the qualified-lead criteria with us up front in the agreement, contact leads within 24 hours of them landing in your CRM, and give us feedback on each lead — categorised as Interested, Not Interested, Unreachable, or Invalid, with a reason for the latter three.
  • Our verification: We may follow up directly with leads marked Not Interested, Unreachable, or Invalid to verify your feedback and check whether they could still convert.
  • Refund eligibility: If, after reviewing your feedback and our own verification, we fall short of the promised number of qualified leads, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Refund calculation: In a shortfall, we deduct the cost of the qualified leads already delivered from the total project cost and refund the remaining amount within 15 working days.

Partial Refunds (Subject to Review)

In exceptional circumstances — an unforeseen project termination, or a significant change in project scope — we'll consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to us directly and we'll walk through the specifics with you.

No Refunds

We won't issue a refund where:

  • The cancellation request is received after work has already begun on the project.
  • Project delays were caused by the client — for example, unresponsiveness or late approvals.
  • Dissatisfaction with results stems from factors outside our control, such as market conditions or expectations that weren't part of the agreed scope.

Important Note

Digital Mentova reserves the right to deduct any outstanding fees or expenses incurred before cancellation from any refund amount due.

You'll Actually Talk to Clients

Strategy calls, weekly reports, WhatsApp threads — you're in the room, not sitting behind a project manager.

04

Every Channel, One Roof

SEO, paid, content, design and dev sit near each other, not siloed off on their own islands.

Open Roles

Where things stand, right now.

No open positions at the moment. We don't run a big standing careers page with a dozen listings — we hire when a specific gap on the team needs filling. But if you're strong in SEO, Paid Ads, Content, Design or Web Development, and want to work directly with clients instead of buried in a big team, we'd still like to hear from you. Send your resume and a short note on what you're good at — we'll reach out if there's a fit.

Think you'd be a good fit for the team?
