Growth, guided — across every channel that actually matters.
We started Digital Mentova because we kept running into the same problem everywhere: agencies getting paid for impressions and clicks and "engagement," while the business owner was still sitting there, waiting for an actual sale. A couple of years in, we still run things the way you'd want us to — judged on qualified leads, real traffic, and deals that close, for brands across India, from the big metros down to the Tier 2 cities most agencies never bother reaching.
We answer to the pipeline, not the dashboard.
Whatever we're running — SEO, paid ads, social, content, your website — it all comes back to one question: is this moving a number your business actually cares about, at a cost you can keep paying?
That's the filter behind everything we do. It decides which channel we lead with, which one we quietly wind down if it isn't pulling its weight, and what makes it into the report you get every Friday. Truth is, most of our new clients still find us because someone we've already worked with told them to call.
Meet the founder.

Ajay started Digital Mentova out of a fairly simple frustration: too many agencies were getting paid for clicks and impressions while the business owner was still sitting around waiting for an actual sale. He built the team around one non-negotiable — every channel gets judged on qualified leads and closed deals, never vanity metrics. He still sits in on strategy calls for every account personally, rather than handing clients off to a rotating pool of freelancers.
How we got here.
Digital Mentova gets started
We began in Noida with a narrow focus: lead generation for real estate and interior design brands across Delhi NCR. The first campaigns ran for a handful of local developers and interior studios, and every single lead was tracked by hand — we wanted proof the model worked before we scaled a single thing.
From two services to six
Word of mouth pulled us into new industries — e-commerce, healthcare, education — faster than we'd planned for. We built out SEO, paid ads, web development, branding and content as proper in-house teams rather than outsourcing them, and started taking on brands well outside Delhi NCR for the first time.
Systems over hustle
Real-time CRM sync, weekly reporting and a proper case-study archive replaced the old spreadsheet-and-WhatsApp routine. We rebuilt the website, tightened up our reporting format, and added AI-powered lead qualification to the service list — same "judge everything by the pipeline" philosophy, just with sharper tools behind it now.
A few things we simply won't budge on.
Your leads reach you the instant they come in
The moment someone fills out a form, it lands in your CRM or Google Sheet. We don't batch leads and send them once a day — that's how businesses lose deals.
Reports you'll actually sit down and read
Every Friday, in plain language: what happened this week, what worked, and what we're changing next.
One team, one plan
SEO, ads, design, development — everyone works off the same strategy document, not five separate agendas pulling in different directions.
A person, not a ticket number
You get one senior person who actually knows your account inside out, and who picks up the phone when you call.
We keep the team deliberately small and senior. Every account is handled by someone who's actually built SEO, ad and web strategies before — never passed down to whoever happens to be free that week. It's more work for us on the back end, but it's a big part of why most of our clients stick around.
The people who'll actually work on your account — not a rotating pool.

Amrit leads content strategy and planning across every client account — blog posts, website copy and campaign messaging built to rank and convert, not just fill a page. He reviews every piece against what buyers are actually searching for before it goes live.

Dev manages hiring, onboarding and day-to-day people operations, making sure the team stays small, senior and actually happy to be here. He handles everything from interviews to internal policies so the rest of the team can stay focused on client work.

Vivek leads the sales team and owns the numbers behind every deal — pipeline, conversion rates and close ratios across all client verticals. He builds the playbooks the sales team follows and steps in personally on the accounts that matter most.

Suhaib cuts reels, ad videos and brand films alongside static creatives for paid campaigns and social pages, keeping every asset consistent with a client's visual identity. He works closely with the ads and content teams so creative always lines up with what's actually meant to perform.

Sachin manages paid and organic campaigns end to end for a set of client accounts, keeping SEO, ads and social working off one strategy instead of pulling in different directions. He tracks performance weekly and adjusts before a slipping metric becomes a bigger problem.

Anand handles the agency's books, invoicing and client billing, keeping every account reconciled and every payment cycle running on time. He also manages ad-spend reporting so clients always know exactly where their budget went.

Dilip runs multi-channel campaigns for real estate and interior design clients, coordinating SEO, paid ads and content so nothing moves in isolation. He's the day-to-day point of contact for a handful of accounts, translating weekly performance into plain next steps.

Nitin oversees campaign execution across Google, Meta and SEO for his client roster, keeping cost-per-lead targets on track without sacrificing lead quality. He's quick to flag an underperforming channel and shift budget before it costs a client money.

Priyanka manages the sales team's day-to-day pipeline, following up on qualified leads and coaching the team on closing technique. She works closely with the marketing side to make sure lead quality feedback actually makes it back into campaign targeting.

Saksham leads website and web-app builds for clients, from custom sites to WordPress and Shopify projects, with SEO structure and page speed handled from day one. He reviews the rest of the dev team's work before anything ships to a client's live site.

Aman builds client-facing websites and landing pages, turning design files into fast, mobile-responsive pages that hold up under real traffic. He handles the small fixes and updates clients need between bigger project cycles.

Vanshika is the single point of contact for a set of client accounts, turning what the SEO, ads and content teams are doing each week into an update the client actually wants to read. She flags concerns early, before a client has to ask what's going on.

Sakshi keeps projects moving between the SEO, ads, design and dev teams, tracking deadlines and handoffs so nothing sits waiting on someone's desk. She's usually the first to notice when a task is falling behind schedule.

Shivam handles day-to-day on-page optimisation, keyword research and Google Business Profile updates for a set of client sites. He tracks monthly ranking movements closely enough to flag a slipping keyword before it shows up in a client's report.

Neha follows up on incoming leads and walks prospective clients through what working with the agency actually looks like, day to day. She's usually the first person a new lead speaks to after filling out a form.

Laxmi builds and styles client websites and landing pages, focused on clean UI and mobile responsiveness across every screen size. She works closely with the design team so what ships matches the approved mockups down to the pixel.

Karan supports the dev team on client website builds and ongoing maintenance, handling small fixes, updates and QA testing across projects. He's picking up more of the site-build work directly as he grows into the role.

Arzoo handles the day-to-day execution on client campaigns — setting up and tracking ads, monitoring performance and pulling together the numbers the account leads report back on each week.
Every account is handled by our own in-house, senior folks — we don't hand your work off to a rotating pool of freelancers.
