1. Our commitment
Digital Mentova commits to a qualified-lead share of 40–80%, written into the service agreement.
2. What counts as qualified
The definition of a qualified lead, the measurement period and any exclusions are set out in your signed agreement. The agreement prevails over any summary on this website.
3. Fake lead protection
We maintain a blocklist of 15,000+ fake contacts to filter junk submissions. Leads identified as fake are replaced automatically under the replacement terms of your agreement.
4. If we fall short
If we do not meet the committed share, we provide a written apology and refund the shortfall within 15 working days.
5. Limits
Results depend on budget, location, offer, inventory and sales follow-up. We do not guarantee sales or bookings.
