This explains what information Digital Mentova collects when you visit this website or reach out to us, and what we do with it.
2. Information You Give Us
When you use our Free Project Review form, we collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in and your monthly budget range. Our enquiry pop-up also asks for your email address and city. We also save campaign details such as UTM tags, the page you landed on and the page that referred you, so we know which campaign your enquiry came from. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep that conversation.
3. Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, we use tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how people use this site — pages visited, time on site, general location and device type. We also use this to run retargeting ads on Google and Meta for people who've visited the site.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use it to respond to your enquiry, put together a proposal, deliver services if you become a client, and occasionally send updates about our work — never anything you didn't sign up for.
5. Who We Share It With
We don't sell your information to anyone. It's shared only with the tools we use to run the business — our CRM, email, WhatsApp Business, and ad platforms for retargeting — and only as needed to do the job you've asked us to do.
6. How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry and client data for as long as we need it to serve you, plus a reasonable period after for accounting and legal record-keeping, then delete it.
7. Your Rights
You can ask us what data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@digitalmentova.in. We'll respond within a reasonable time, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
8. Lead Verification and Our Fake-Contact Blocklist
To protect lead quality, we keep an internal blocklist of phone numbers and contacts that we have identified as fake, invalid or spam, and we check new enquiries against it. A phone number is personal data, so we store these entries only for lead verification and fraud prevention, and we do not use them for marketing or share them outside the tools and clients involved in the campaign concerned.
9. Data From Client Campaigns
When we run lead generation for a client, the people who respond to that client's ads are the client's leads. In that case we handle their details on the client's behalf, under the data-processing terms of our agreement with the client, and only to deliver, verify and replace leads as the agreement describes.
10. Other Websites
Our site may link out to other websites — client work, social platforms. We're not responsible for how those sites handle your data once you leave ours.
11. Children's Privacy
This website and our services aren't directed at anyone under 18.

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we'll update this page and the date above.
