Hiring
We hire on skill, fit with the role and what a candidate can show us. Each role is described before it is advertised, and every candidate is assessed on the same criteria.
Applicant data
We use the details you send with your application only to assess it and contact you about it. We keep applicant data for a reasonable period after the hiring decision, then delete it, unless you ask us to keep it for future roles.
